Commercial airlines have created their own brand of “cancel culture” of late, unable to crew hundreds of Boeing and Airbus aircraft due to the pilot and staff shortage.

Curiously, demand for those aircraft only has increased – because if the airlines can’t use them, business aircraft owners can! In fact the median value of these aircraft has risen 32% since June 2021, according to market analyst Jefferies using Amstat industry data.

In More Room At The Top, King Aerospace’s Jerry and Jarid King discuss why that makes proper completion, maintenance, and regular refurbishment of VVIP airline-caliber aircraft more critical than ever, in order to preserve their asset value, as well as their operational capabilities.
